Badass Beard Care is Truly Bad Ass

You can tell a lot about a person by watching how they treat those who can do nothing for them and you can tell a lot about a company by how well their customer service is. Badass Beard Care is doing it right, and I wanted you all to know. While I don't usually deal with customer service, when I do – it's usually because the company screwed up and I'm trying to get it right.

A few months ago, when I started using beard oil – which I've never done – I had a hard time trying to decide on where to go or what to use. With so many choices out there – I basically used the bad ass company name to make the decision to use Badass Beard Care.

My first order came with no problems… ordered and received within about 7 days – which was kind of awesome, since most of my mail normally takes 2-3 weeks when I'm outside the Continental United States.

My Second Order – I Wasn't So Lucky.

After about 3 weeks of waiting, I sent their customer service an email letting them know my stuff hadn't been received. No questions, no stipulations – no nothing… I only got a reply email saying that they were shipping out a duplicate order and if I received the first order – just keep both.

Just with that one simple act of good customer service on the part of Badass Beard Care, that cost their company money with no guarantee of any sustainable return on the investment – they elevated a trial customer, to one for life (or, at least for as long as I decide to keep my beard). I got the second order in 8 days… back to “normal” I guess.

Badass Beard Care: A Truly Bad Ass Company

It's not very often that you find a company whose name sums up so many aspects of the company. True, the stuff I bought is awesome, but it's their bad ass customer service that will keep me coming back.

Update August 17, 2016: The first order arrived today, 40 days later. I sent Badass Beard an email telling them I got it and I wanted to pay for the extra package – they told me to not worry about paying anything extra and keep both orders, or give one away.
