What's Included

​Customized Training Program​

​In 42 days, I'll customize your workouts around your body and your abilities. These are not cookie cutter programs that you'll see in the magazines at the grocery store. I take into account how you move, what your capable of and build your workout plan around you to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible. This may include High Intensity Interval Training, Fitness Kickboxing or Strength and Conditioning - or a mix of everything.

​Nutrition for YOUR Body

​Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about the diet (hate that word) but I'm going to make sure you follow science-proven systems that will still have you eating real food. In fact, I will cover so much nutrition that there is no way we won't find a meal plan or program that works for you, your life and your schedule.

​What to do for the days you're not here​

​Being honest here, this does require a few things for you to change for you to get from where you are to where you want to be; so some homework is involved, but I have you covered there. I will instruct you what to do on the days your not with me taking into consideration what equipment you have access to and design your workouts for the days you are not here in my studio.

​Tracking and Accountability

I will hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you're not accountable to someone only you know if you did, or did not workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why I do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with my clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.

​Recipe Manual + Grocery List

​Eating better doesn't have to entail tilapia (seriously, gross) brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That's why I included some of my favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, I have REAL food that won't leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you'll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.

​Daily Motivation

​No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with me at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your will power, we all have them. What I do to help out is send you some of most motivational quotes, stories and emails to just remind you why you started and to not give up.
