FAQ

Memberships

Can I Change my Membership?

Absolutely! And, unlike other training centers, because we do our own member management, it’s as easy as sending us an email or letting us know in the studio.

What is an Open Gym?

With the base membership, you are free to come and go during operating hours whenever you want and use our studio and equipment to do your own thing.

Why is Self Defense unavailable until May 2017?

Our founder and lead instructor, Michael Saad, is currently the only instructor for our self defense program and his schedule is completely booked until mid-2017.

Billing and Accounts

What Payment Types do you Accept?

We have several choices for payment such as PayPal and most major credit cards.

Am I Required to Sign a Contract?

No! The standard forms, like liability waivers, are required – but we do offer month-to-month pricing, as well as 6-month and 12-month commitments for pricing discounts.

When do I Get Billed?

All membership payments are due on the first of the month. A membership is considered late and delinquent should payment not be received by the 5th and will be cancelled on the 10th.

How are Specialty Programs Charged?

Our Specialty Programs such as: Tactical, Corporate and other job-related courses, are charged per program.
