Our consultation is a comprehensive 1-hour introduction that includes a personal, one-on-one training session to familiarize you with the studio space, get you comfortable with common movements, and help you grow accustomed to our equipment.
Each of these steps is essential to give you a course in the skills you need while getting you acquainted with the environment in which you’ll nurture your skills and dominate your training.

CUSTOMIZED CLASSES MAKE SUCCESS SIMPLE
Our programs are designed uniquely for children and teens, women, adults, and seniors. Our specialty programs include combat conditioning and tactical prep to ensure that you’re in prime physical condition for any attack, in addition to the sport-specific conditioning programs we offer. And, when you come to your free consultation, you’ll get a one-on-one private session where you’ll develop the basic skills you’ll rely on as a foundation for the rest of your training.
We’re all about you taking control over your confidence and safety. That’s why it wouldn’t make sense if we took your membership options out of your control and is the same reason why our no risk membership plans work for everyone. The cool thing about our studio is… you choose your own path.
No matter your age, you’ll quickly master the basics and fundamentals with authority under the careful guidance of our instructors, then move on to either small group class or one-on-one training.
If you want to join a class – whether you’re ready to commit to a quarter, a year, or want to pay month-to-month, you can do it all. Depending on your goals and motivation, you may choose to attend one of our small group classes (5-10 clients), or more personalized, individual sessions – or both!
